Q: What kind of financing does Tuscany Homes offer?

A: Tuscany Homes does not provide loans for their homeowners as this is a violation of Utah State Law. However, we have terrific relationships with preferred lenders who know and understand the quality of our product and how best to provide financing for our buyers. In several of our current neighborhoods, buyers can qualify for Rural Housing Loans which have a tremendous advantage over other types of loans in the current market.
